Get the right skills on the strategic planning team
 Often, the key players in the organization are the organizers, taskmasters, aligners, not the strategists. That is the reality, they respect the skills of the strategists, but the job still has to get done. The team leader has to seek a balance and get a balance of positioners, adapters and aligners on the team
