Measuring team performance
First, the team should have a firm dead-line with a specific task to
complete.
Second, most of the team members must be responsible for implementation.
If they aren't the boss, then they must be able to decide for their boss.
No one is there just to listen and report.
Third, the team's members are mutually accountable for the group's results.
